Boxcare complies with IICL (The Institute of International Container Lessors) standards. All containers are inspected as per IICL 6 standards unless specified by the customer.
Proper inspections are carried out by Boxcare before sale of the container and are given CSC (Container Safety Convention) certification once all checks are completed.
Convention for safe containers. Created in 1972, the purpose focused on two goals:
- To ensure a high level of safety of human life in the transport and handling of containers.
- To facilitate the international transport of containers by providing uniform international safety regulations, equally applicable to all modes of surface transport.
- A CSC container is designed for international transport including sea and land
- A DNV container is designed for the offshore industry.

Offices, bus stop, toilet facility, restaurants/cafes, etc. are a few examples of container conversions. When it comes to container conversions, Boxcare turns your imagination to reality. The sky is the limit to convert and build your dream container, repurposing it for something completely unique.
Boxcare mainly provides three types of container washing services.
- Water washing – A Water wash is a process of high pressure, heat and water.
- Steam washing – A steam wash is a high temperature wash that turns the water to steam. This process uses less water then a water wash
- Chemical washing – A Chemical wash is the same process as a pressure wash but with an added chemical solution.
Reefer container is short for refrigerated container. A reefer container is a type of shipping container that controls the temperate of its cargo.
Most often, shipping container floors are made with plywood from tropical hardwood such as Keruing or Apitong.
