When it comes to container repair and restoration, Boxcare is the right place to avail end-to-end products and services to make your container as good as new. Boxcare’s dedicated team repairs and restores your containers in cargo-worthy condition, ensuring they are wind and water-tight.
After going through a series of inspections, the condition of your container is accessed and updated to you to undertake further steps in case of damage or repair needed. In addition to this, we also undertake inspection and grading of the container’s structure, body and condition and cleaning services wherein the process of washing containers is done using a combination of heat, pressure and chemicals if required. Boxcare also provides container parts for sale, in case repairs require the replacement of parts for containers.
Our broad spectrum of repair and restoration services enables our customers to get the desired results with the help of troubleshooting and container machinery repair in line with industry standards. We strictly follow IICL standards for container repair, unless specified otherwise by the shipping line.

Inspections & Estimation
Every new container repair service job requires an inspection before it can be accepted. Estimates are provided before the job starts.
Cleaning
Water washing, steam washing or chemical washing are all part of the clearing service provided.
Certification
Boxcare complies with IICL 6 (The Institute of International Container Lessors) standards and certifies containers with CSC (Container Safety Convention) certification)
Reefer body repairs
Our team can help repair the body of reefer containers as well as regularly inspect them for damage, hence making sure they are usable.
Storage solutions
We can store containers that need repair and maintenance in our yard, and perform regular inspections if required.
How container repair services work?
You raise request for container repair by contacting Boxcare, which is logged into our system. Our team will reach out to confirm the booking and will arrange for date and time regarding when you may arrive at our yard with the container(s).

Each container that arrives in one of the 3 purpose-built container inspection areas, is guided under the inspection canopy, inspected, estimated with supporting photos, and sent to the office pending a decision of the owner of the equipment.
An estimate is prepared post inspection and once the customer approves the estimate, the container moves to our repair area for restoration
Boxcare provides both – on trailer repairs and grounded repairs which are subject to post repair inspections. This setup enables us to provide a safe, fast, and efficient turnaround times for repair.
We use state-of-art repair and restoration tools with the highest standard of safety to make sure that all work is executed efficiently and on time.
On completion of repairs and restoration, the container will go through an inspection.
Inspections are carried our using IICL-6 Inspection Criteria by trained professionals. Once inspections are completed, and on satisfactory results the container is issued a CSC (Convention for Safe Containers) Certification.
Once the above is completed, our team will contact you regarding the pickup or delivery of the container.
